Get Involved with the C37LG

The Class 37 Locomotive Group (C37LG) is made up of — and run entirely by — its members. Our committee is elected from within the membership at our Annual General Meeting, ensuring that the Group is always led by those who share a passion for our aims and activities.

One of our core objectives, as part of our mission to promote the history of the Class 37, is the preservation and operation of our very own locomotive, D6703 (37003).

Become a Member

By joining the C37LG, you’ll become directly involved in the ownership and preservation of a fine example of Britain’s industrial heritage. You can take part at whatever level suits you — from simply supporting us as a member to volunteering hands-on with restoration, maintenance, or event support. Whether it’s assisting our travelling sales team at galas or helping to keep D6703 in working order, every contribution makes a real difference.
